About artist Chris Lattanzio

Chris Lattanzio is a sculptor whose primary material is light. His work moves between carved form, architectural presence, and immersive environments that use light, color, and sound to shape emotional and physical experience.

Rooted in traditional sculptural thinking and realized with contemporary tools, Lattanzio’s work treats light not as decoration, but as substance — something shaped, tuned, and composed with intention. His installations and commissioned works create spaces of pause and recalibration, inviting viewers to slow down, breathe, and become physically aware of their surroundings.

Lattanzio’s practice spans private commissions, public installations, museum environments, and site-specific architectural work. His process is collaborative and responsive, with each piece designed in conversation with its setting — whether a home, chapel, museum, or civic space.

He lives and works in Texas.
